One of the first scenes in Sophie's Cracker Cattle Series, this collection was created to commemorate the historic Cracker Cattle that first roamed Florida. Coming in with the Spaniards, Cracker Cattle were small in stature and roamed the countryside of Florida freely. Their existence is limited to specific farmers that are intentional about the preservation.
